Just an email address and password. Then add your names and date.

Add the planner to your home screen
The planner works like an app, even without internet. Installing takes a few seconds.
iPhone and iPad
- Open the planner in Safari.
- Tap the share button (square with arrow).
- Choose "Add to Home Screen".
Android
- Open the planner in Chrome.
- Tap the menu (three dots).
- Choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
Computer
- Open the planner in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon on the right of the address bar.
- Choose "Install".
Frequently asked questions
What does the planner cost?
Nothing. The planner is free to use, even if you don’t book any guidance from me.
Can we plan together?
Yes. Invite your partner, and optionally a witness or master of ceremonies with read-only access or their own task list.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything you enter is saved on your device first and syncs as soon as you’re back online.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). I don’t sell anything and there are no ads or tracking in the planner.
Can we export or delete everything?
Yes. In Settings you can download everything as Excel or PDF, and delete your account with all its data.
What happens to the photos in the guest album?
Only you can see them. They are deleted one month after the wedding; you’ll get a reminder to download them first.
